Controversial builder Nxt Tec is seeking to float its US arm on the Nasdaq, as it lists the Rivervale site where it once had approval for the Wyndham Lux hotel.
Nxt Tex – renowned for technology that can take homes from slab to lockup in four days – is seeking to list on the NASDAQ, as it lists a block of land for sale in Perth. But it says it is not finished with WA.
